A 20 year veteran of the real estate profession, David specializes in REO, Corporate & Institutional Sales, Probates and Private Homeowners throughout Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. He has extensive experience with the successful marketing and sale of single-family residences and two to eight unit residential income properties.
David is a consistent multi-million dollar producer who has received numerous top sales awards throughout his career. He holds his Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and e-PRO designations and membership in both the Chairman's Circle and President's Circle (Top 10% of Coldwell Banker Nationwide!) In 1996 & 1997 alone, he closed over 110 transactions each year.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, David is committed to serving his community as well as his clientele. He serves as an Earthquake Disaster Volunteer in Burbank and is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations such as AIDS Project LA and the American Cancer Society. David maintains membership in the Los Angeles, Glendale and San Fernando Valley Boards of Realtors as well as the National and California Associations of Realtors.
